I finally learned that it is okay to pay a little more on the front end for a name brand ice machine and for a regularly scheduled maintenance program than to try and save a little money. Memphis Ice is a little higher priced for product and for service, but you will likely come out ahead in the long run. They are professional in every way.

Our technician, Gabe, was amazing. He worked quickly and efficiently. He fixed a leak and got our walk in fridge working!! He was also very fun to talk to afterwards :)

I called on a Monday morning and they were extremely efficient in getting my service scheduled and getting a technician out to me quickly. I would definitely recommend Memphis Ice Machine company to anyone needing service.
